Who comes up with all of this crap?
No Fun Press was founded in 2011 by Toronto-based artist / designer Reilly Hodgson. Although he is the person behind most of our projects, we love to collaborate with other friends and artists too.

How do your shirts fit? Do you have a size chart?
They fit nicely! And we do have a size chart. You can see how our softgoods fit here. Please note that all the sizes are given in CM!
Do you ship internationally? How often?
We sure do - bring it on! We ship all over the place, all the time, via USPS.
If you're curious about international shipping costs, just add a few items to your cart - It will be calculated automatically. If you refuse your package due to duties / customs fees we are not responsible for it. We will only issue refunds in cases where parcels arrive back to our studio.
What currencies does your webstore accept?
Be aware - although we are a proudly Canadian company our webstore operates using USD. If you'd like to view our prices displayed in CAD, or other international currencies, you can use the menu in the top right corner of the site.

I have an important question about an order I just placed...
Please send it via email to email@example.com. Please do not message us on social media about your order's status.
Due to high volume (and our dislike) of email please allow 24-72 hours for reply - thanks for your patience!
How long will it take to receive my order?
We try to process and package all orders within 1-3 days. Once we've packed and shipped out your order you'll receive a shipping confirmation from us via email. After that it's out of our hands and up to the postal system to do it's magic.
Please also note that any orders placed outside of the U.S. are subject to your countries duties and/or customs fees, and we are not responsible for these costs. This is especially important for European orders.
After we've processed your order it will take an additional few days in transit with the postal system:
USA: 1-5 days*
CANADA: 3-10 days*
INTERNATIONAL: 3-15 days*
*approximate times estimate based on USPS standards. These are NOT guaranteed shipping times.

Can I get a tracking number for my order?
Probably, most likely, yes. The majority of our orders ship out via USPS First Class or Priority services which do include tracking.
Small sized items like pins & patches that ship via lettermail, as well as some Canadian & International orders, are excluded from tracking services - sorry!
If your order is eligible for tracking: The information will be sent to you automatically via an email from stamps.com in addition to the shipping confirmation email you'll receive from No Fun Press.
If your order is not eligible for tracking: You will only receive the shipping confirmation email from us. Please refer to the estimated delivery times above.

My package's tracking says it has been delivered, but it's not here! What gives?
If your order is “delivered” but not in your hands - it's most likely still with the delivering Postal worker. Please hold tight!
Our understanding is that some postal workers will receive all of the items they must deliver each week at the same time. Rather than marking each parcel as "delivered" one by one at the actual time of delivery, we've heard that they'll often scan all of the items at once into the USPS system as "delivered". If this is the case - your tracking will show "delivered" when it's true status is "with the delivery driver". Please be patient for another few days!
We do not accept exchanges at this time.
We accept returns on unworn and unwashed items only. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a refund email us with your order number.
We do not accept returns on items damaged in the post. If your item seems damaged, and you are unsure please email us a photo and detailed description.
If you need a different size than you ordered, please initiate a refund and then order the correct size.
Unfortunately, all costs associated with returns will be at customers expense.
I just got my package and something is wrong, what now?
First of all - Sorry!! In the rare occasion that we've messed something up with your order please send us an email and we'll try to make things right for you ASAP. We're only human.
Aren’t you a Canadian company? My tracking number says my order is coming from New York...
Yes, we are Canadians - and this is understandably confusing! We now ship out most orders via an over-the-border courier. They take your parcel from our Toronto studio to a USPS depot in NY where USPS takes over the job.
Although it may sound counterintuitive, this method has allowed us to offer cheaper, faster, and more reliable shipping to our customers everywhere.
